on a wintery evening, a few friends and i decided to try TBLS – they were having their favourites of 2012 menu for a limited time; so we thought it was the most ideal time to go! we had an outdoor table, but it wasn’t too cold at all as they had heaters out there as well. the menu:

A few of us went to Liberty Private Works (LPW) recently, a special occasion as some friends from Melbourne came up to visit us. I had heard fantastic reviews of this place; a work colleague mentioned that this was the best place he’s eaten at in Hong Kong – so I was particularly keen to check it out for myself.

we went to cepage (of les amis fame in singapore) in wan chai for S’s birthday this year. I had heard many a good thing about cepage and liked how it was on the quieter end of wan chai and not in the hustle and bustle of soho or causeway bay.
